Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support to customers throughout available communication channels (email, chat, and call).
  • Identify and escalate priority issues through appropriate channels.
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues by providing scripted guidance regarding basic customer inquiries.
  • Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
  • Work with other team members in identifying better ways to provide improved customer support.

Qualifications:

  • Min D3 in any major with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • Experience in customer service area; minimum fresh graduate (if FG must have internship and/or organizational experience) or maximum entry level.
  • Fluent in English; English test (multiple choice + essay + conversation); the interview should be in full English.
  • Smiling voice, good communication skills, and service-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Passing minimum score of Excel Test (minimum score 25).
