Job description

As a Customer Service (QA), you will play a key role in managing mystery shoppers for our global market research company clients. This isn’t your typical call center role—you’ll be responsible for recruiting mystery shoppers, collecting and labelling (quality check) the data from the mystery shoppers, and ensuring smooth operations via phone and email. If you love interacting with people and keeping things organized, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
  • Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
  • Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
  • Assist in recruiting new shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe region to boost database

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in any field
  • Preferable to have experience in Customer Service (but not essential)
  • Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Required language(s): Good Command of the English language
  • Excellent phone manner
  • A hard working and dedicated approach
  • Willing to work in day or night shift
  • Domicile/willing to relocate in Jogja (must)
