Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  2. Handle product issues, returns, and exchanges.
  3. Manage and track orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  4. Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping issues.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  6. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
  7. Provide product and policy information.
  8. Continuously improve service procedures based on feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Male/Female, max age 27.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome).
  3. Willing to work 24-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays (fixed schedule).
  4. Good communication skills; able to handle difficult situations professionally.
  5. Quick and accurate typing; basic computer skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  8. Basic proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
  9. High empathy and commitment to customer satisfaction.
