Join the growing company at PT. KYOCERA ASIA PACIFIC INDONESIA SALES AND TRADING as a full-time Customer Service. Based in Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and delivery schedules, providing prompt resolutions to issues.
  • Receive orders from distributors and input orders into the system.
  • Responsible for shipment arrangements.
  • Prepare import documents and support the import process.
  • Update booking and shipping reports.
  • Coordinate delivery arrangements from warehouse to distributor, including checking for any delivery issues.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to distributors.
  • Process updates for special pricing in the system.
  • Support sales needs and activities.
  • Monitor the process of shipping goods and customer payments.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales administration, preferably within the manufacturing or trading company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of working with high accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal (must).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to join as soon as possible.
