We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our Customer Relations and Customer Experience team to grow Glints' brand presence in Indonesia and support the company's products through various customer support channels. This role is a 6-month contract role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through multiple channels including live chat, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries from Indonesian users and other regional markets efficiently and address their needs with empathy and understanding.
  • Use your expertise in CRM platforms, especially Zendesk and Freshdesk, to streamline service processes and improve customer interaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions within set time limits and ensure follow-up for confirmation.
  • Craft clear, empathetic templates for diverse customer interactions, aligned with brand tone for consistent, positive experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to gather customer insights and provide regular feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, follow up on issues, and ensure interactions are handled with attention to detail and precision.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Contact Center (non-voice) or experience in Hospitality.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practical tools like Zendesk and Freshdesk.
  • Minimum Diploma from any major.
  • Empathetic and stress tolerant.
  • A team player, but also a self-starter.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
