Customer Relation Officer

What you'll be doing

1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts
3. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns
4. Assist with the development and implementation of customer retention strategies
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
6. Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system

1. Proven experience in a customer-facing, account management or sales role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs
4. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant customer service tools
