About the role

Matahari Tire Indonesia, PT is seeking a talented Customer Relation Manager to join our team in Kaliwungu District Kendal Central Java. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer service and relationships, ensuring our valued clients receive exceptional support and care.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to ensure the delivery of high-quality service
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, resolve complex customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience
  3. Analyse customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless and positive customer journey
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
  6. Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, promoting a positive and responsive approach to customer interactions

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (8+ years) in a customer service or customer relations role, preferably within the call centre or customer-facing industry
  2. Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
  4. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyse complex customer issues and implement effective solutions
  5. Strong data analysis and reporting skills to track and measure customer service performance
  6. A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
