Customer Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Take charge of handling the quality requirements of customers from industries such as automotive, home appliances, and electronics. Lead the review and signing of customer quality agreements.
2. Deal with customer quality complaints, lead the analysis and improvement of quality issues at the customer end to ensure the closure of problems.

Quality System and Standards:

1. Ensure that the company's quality management system meets customer requirements. Lead the response and rectification of customer audits (such as VDA 6.3).
2. Be familiar with relevant standards in the stamping parts industry and ensure that products comply with customer drawings and technical specifications.

Process Quality Control:

1. Supervise the quality control points in the stamping production process and promote preventive quality management.

Data Analysis and Improvement:

1. Lead cross-departmental quality problem tackling to reduce the internal scrap rate and customer return rate.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, material forming, quality management, or related majors.
2. More than 5 years of quality management experience in the manufacturing industry, and more than 3 years of experience in the customer quality position in the stamping parts/automotive parts industry.
3. Be familiar with stamping processes, mold structures, and solutions to common defects.
4. Proficient in quality management systems such as IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3, and familiar with the five major tools of APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC.
5. Have excellent customer communication skills, be able to handle customer complaints efficiently and coordinate internal resources to solve problems.
6. Have good English skills.
