Customer Operations Specialist (Full Remote, Fluent in English is required)

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Issue resolution: Identifying, communicating, and resolving issues that impact customer order fulfillment.
• Communication: Maintaining quality standards of communication and support for customers.
• Relationship building: Working closely with Regional Teams and Hong Kong key partners to maintain strong relationships.

Operations

• Tasks execution based on existing SOP (Standard Operation Procedure).
• Coordinating tasks and resources, preparing reports.
• Identifying and solving problems.
• Troubleshooting issues and overseeing resolutions.
• Maintaining records and accurate data input.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Operations. (Welcome Fresh graduates to apply)
• Fluency in English (Speak & Write).
• Attention to detail: A strong focus on detail and a results-driven approach.
• Communication skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to understand issues and convey solutions.
