Job description
Job Description:
  1. Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts.
  2. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  3. Process incoming payments and accurately apply them to customer accounts.
  4. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts receivable transactions.
  6. Assist with month-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
  7. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and issues.
  8. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  9. Monitor and report on key AR metrics, including days sales outstanding (DSO).
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service area/Customer experience/Store Management.
  3. Good communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software; ability in using Ms. Excel formulas is preferred.
  5. Able to handle complaints and provide feedback for customers/clients or has problem-solving skills.
  6. Understand how customer service works at a detailed level.
  7. Prior experience in Fulfillment and operations/Customer Service in Warehouse/Ecommerce.
  8. Willing to accept the shift system and work on holidays.
