Customer Experience Development Analyst, or in Asuransi Astra, it is called Service Development Analyst, will be responsible for evaluating existing processes, developing, and implementing processes, knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes of frontliners in Asuransi Astra. They will analyze to get Customer Insight and propose and create programs for service culture activities (such as service standards standar layanan and service behavior) based on Customer Insight that align with Asuransi Astra Culture & Value.
