Job description

Customer Experience Development Analyst, or in Asuransi Astra, it is called Service Development Analyst, will be responsible for evaluating existing processes, developing, and implementing processes, knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes of frontliners in Asuransi Astra. They will analyze to get Customer Insight and propose and create programs for service culture activities (such as service standards standar layanan and service behavior) based on Customer Insight that align with Asuransi Astra Culture & Value.


Minimum Qualifications

  1. Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1)
  2. Master's Degree is very welcome
  3. Min. 2 years of experience in the services industry or related
  4. Experience in the services industry is preferable
  5. Experience in implementing service culture or creating programs based on customer interaction/insight
  6. Excellent skills in: (a) Analysis & judgment; (b) Interpersonal & communication; (c) teamwork; (d) Customer services.
  7. Placement: Head Office - TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan
