Customer Development Executive (Industry West Branch)

Job Description:

1. Achieve the sales target.
2. Identify prospective customers and potential markets.
3. Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales programs and pipelines.
4. Conduct presentations and sales for pest control services to residential customers.
5. Survey new or existing residential customers.
6. Prepare proposals for customers.
7. Negotiate with customers.
8. Draft agreement contracts and service agreements for customers.
9. Build strong relationships with customers.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
3. Required skills: marketing, communication, negotiation.
4. Ability to handle customer complaints and be results-oriented.
5. Having a driving license (A/C) is a MUST.
