Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities

You'll be a natural people person who enjoys delighting customers with amazing service and who understands customer needs and the importance of delivering a correct solution first time, politely and with a smile. You must be able to speak advanced to fluent level of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Answer incoming calls, email, live chat and social media messages and make outgoing calls or emails as required.
2. Respond efficiently, accurately and consistently with solutions to address customer needs, complaints, or other enquiries.
3. Actively listen, confirming or clarifying information and diffuse complaints as required.
4. Understand and strive to meet targets without compromising service.
5. Make sales or recommendations for products that may suit customer needs.
6. Attend training and other learning sessions to ensure full understanding of our products.
7. Escalate urgent or critical issues to the relevant person or team.
8. Stay up to date and adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

This role is on site in Bali.

1. 1-year minimum working experience as Customer Service in the banking industry is preferable.
2. Friendly and polite with always can attitude.
3. Previous experience providing customer service by phone and email.
4. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and multitasking skills.
5. Advanced to fluent level of English and Bahasa Indonesia languages.
6. Able to be proactive and operate with minimal guidance.
7. Fast learner and independent to work in the multi-channel (call, email and live chat).
8. Willing to work on shifted schedule as our customer care operate in 24/7.
9. Preferably to have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minutes.
