CTS Engineer (Security) for Integra

We have a vacancy for a CTS engineer to be part of the Security Team at our sister company. This company is PT Logistik Teknologi Indonesia/Integra.

Job Description:

1. Monitor device availability using monitoring tools, making reports to the Lead team every hour.
2. Take notes and provide daily reports and ticketing.
3. Carry out daily physical health check monitoring for each device.
4. Provide immediate information and assistance as needed.

Qualification:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in an Information Technology-related discipline.
2. At least one (1) year of relevant professional experience.
3. Basic knowledge of IP-based networking and security devices.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. High motivation to learn and enhance skills in emerging technologies.
6. Willingness and ability to work in swing shifts and perform overtime as needed.
7. Possession of a valid Fortinet (NSE4/NSE5/NSE7) or Palo Alto (PCNSA/PCNSE) certification is highly desirable.
