Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing IT solutions, systems, core-banking, infrastructure, app services, information security, data security, and the QA organization.
• Define the company's technology vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure tech alignment with all aspects of the business.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and creating a culture of experimentation.
• Implement best practices in system architecture, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Communicate technology-related strategy and updates to the executive team, board members, and investors.
• Ensure that technological initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.

The Successful Applicant

• Over 10 years of experience in IT-related roles, with at least 5 years in a management/executive position; experience in banking or financial industries is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of C-level experience in banking, experience working in global businesses or multinational companies, and experience overseeing digital business and IT projects.
• Experience in managing large teams of IT professionals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technology concepts.
• A proactive and innovative approach to solving technical and operational challenges.
