CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain customer data in our customer database
2. Analyze customer data to identify trends, customer segmentation, profiles, and other insights
3. Create and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention
4. Analyze the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
5. Monitor customer feedback and generate reports
6. Develop processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are being met

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing customer strategies
4. Excellent knowledge of customer database systems
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Able to work independently and within a team environment
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills
