Responsibilities:

1. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of crew members
2. Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards
3. Coordinate crew changes, logistics, and documentation
4. Maintain accurate records and support operational efficiency

Qualifications:

1. Must possess at least ANT 1 or ATT 1 certification; non-seafarers' experiences are also welcome to apply
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Seafarer, with the last position as Master, Chief Engineer, Operations, DPA, or Marine Superintendent
3. At least 2 years of experience as a Crewing Manager or in a similar role, managing a crew of over 300 personnel
4. Strong knowledge of vessel crew management and maritime regulations
5. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
6. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, coupled with assertive communication and a meticulous eye for detail.
