Job Description

1. Oversee company’s lending process, from evaluating clients' creditworthiness to approving or rejecting loan requests.
2. Creating credit scoring models, setting loan terms and determining interest rates.
3. Minimize bad debts and increase revenues from loans.

Requirements

1. Min. bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance or relevant field.
2. Min. 5 years' experience as a Credit Manager, Credit Analyst or similar role.
3. Experience in processing loan applications.
4. Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
5. Solid understanding of lending procedures.
6. Excellent English skills (oral and written).
7. APPI certified for Managerial level.
8. Risk Management Certification.
9. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets (e.g. in Excel).
