Job description

Leads the vision and execution of all creative work, ensuring that campaigns are innovative, impactful, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive creative excellence across social, digital, and ATL (Above-the-Line) channels, while fostering a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and strategic thinking. The Creative Director plays a key role in shaping brand narratives, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional work for premium clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Define and drive the creative vision across all projects, ensuring innovation, consistency, and alignment with brand goals.
  2. Oversee the development of 360° integrated campaigns, spanning social media, digital platforms, and ATL advertising.
  3. Translate business strategies into compelling creative ideas, ensuring that work delivers meaningful impact for clients.
  4. Mentor and guide the creative team, including art directors and creative executors, developing their skills, fostering innovation, and maintaining a collaborative team environment.
  5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted creative partner for high-profile brands.
  6. Collaborate closely with account management, strategy, and production teams to ensure creative solutions align with business objectives.
  7. Ensure creative excellence by pushing for high-quality, award-worthy work that resonates across multiple platforms.
  8. Stay ahead of industry trends, cultural shifts, and emerging technologies, using insights to create locally relevant yet globally informed campaigns.
  9. Navigate complex creative challenges in a fast-paced environment, making strategic decisions that drive success.
  10. Set, evaluate, and report on KPIs for all Creative department team to ensure alignment with business objectives, track team performance, and drive growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Min. 2 years working experience as a creative.
  2. Knowledgeable and understanding of the latest innovations, trends and developments in various industry.
  3. An excellent portfolio showcasing art direction and design work.
  4. Great communication skills: written, verbal, and visual, with the ability to justify your concepts and design choices.
  5. Strong understanding of creative principles, including design, photography, videography, editing, typography, layout composition, and color theory, ensuring top-tier quality across all visual and digital content.
  6. Strong creative problem-solving skills: Understanding, analyzing and working through a challenge to completion.
  7. Deep understanding of all major Social Media platforms (dimensions, consumer behavior, theme overhauls, etc.)
  8. Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  9. A perfectionist at heart with attention to detail.
  10. Ability to work hybrid at HeadQOARter (Surabaya/Jakarta) and travel when needed.
