We're Hiring: CREATIVE DIRECTOR

What You’ll Do:

  1. Lead and inspire the creative team to develop fresh, engaging campaigns for both traditional and digital platforms.
  2. Work closely with department heads to align creative ideas with business goals.
  3. Oversee the entire creative process, ensuring top-quality work that’s on-brand and delivered on time.
  4. Mentor and guide both senior and junior creative talents, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
  5. Build strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and impactful creative solutions.
  6. Stay ahead of trends in advertising, marketing, and digital innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  7. Collaborate across teams—design, content, production, and digital—to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
  8. Ensure all creative work meets agency standards and resonates with the right audience.
  9. Represent the agency’s creative strengths in pitches and industry events.
  10. Contribute to the agency’s overall vision, strategy, and future growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Creative Leader: Proven experience leading teams at a senior level, ideally in automotive or FMCG.
  2. 360° Thinker: Expertise in crafting campaigns across social media, digital, and traditional advertising.
  3. Strategic Mindset: Ability to link creative concepts with business objectives to drive real impact.
  4. Client-Focused: Skilled in building and maintaining high-level client relationships.
  5. Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with different departments.
  6. Mentor & Coach: Passionate about developing creative talent at all levels.
  7. Adaptable & Agile: Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ever-changing industry.
  8. Global Perspective: Aware of worldwide trends and cultural insights to create locally relevant campaigns.
