Job Description
Distribution Management:
Oversee and manage existing distributors in Indonesia, ensuring effective distribution of products.
Build and maintain robust partnerships with distributors to facilitate smooth operations and meet sales targets.
Collaborate with distributors to align on objectives and enhance sales performance.
New Business Development (Project):
Identify and evaluate potential new distributors or channels to expand market presence.
Discover and win high residential buildings, hotels, and different kinds of projects.
Develop and implement strategies to onboard and nurture relationships with new distributors.
Conduct market research to uncover opportunities and threats in the industry.
Sales Strategy:
Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and increase market share.
Engage directly with project customers, including architects, developers, and contractors, to optimize project specifications.
Analyze market studies and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
P&L Management:
Achieve target sales volumes in alignment with budgetary goals by coordinating closely with distributors and exploring new channels.
Plan and manage marketing expenditures and budgets effectively.
Building Materials Expertise:
Utilize expertise in building materials to effectively position products in the market.
Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless operational processes.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership regarding sales performance and market dynamics.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in the building materials industry, particularly within the flooring sector, with a preference for candidates familiar with wooden products.
Strong network and relationships with architects, contractors, and developers, particularly in residential projects.
A proactive and results-oriented "hunter" mentality, capable of driving new business initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of flooring market dynamics and competitive landscape.
