Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Country Sales Director to lead our sales operations and drive market dominance within the region. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of consultative selling, client pain-point resolution, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve aggressive revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion:

  • Develop and execute a country-wide sales strategy to penetrate new markets, expand market share, and exceed revenue goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from pipeline creation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives.
  • Identify high-potential opportunities and prioritize key accounts to drive sustainable growth.

Team Management & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Client Engagement & Consultative Selling:

  • Engage directly with enterprise clients and stakeholders to understand complex challenges, tailor solutions, and position the company as a trusted partner.
  • Leverage deep industry insights (tech/AI/SaaS preferred) to address client pain points and deliver value-driven outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide actionable insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure rigorous adherence to sales processes, including accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and timely reporting.
  • Analyze sales data to refine strategies, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing regional/country-level operations.
  2. Proven track record of scaling sales teams and consistently exceeding targets in the high-tech, AI, or SaaS industries.
  3. Expertise in consultative selling with a focus on solving complex client challenges and building long-term partnerships.
  4. Strong ability to navigate cross-cultural environments and manage relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  5. Data-driven decision-maker with exceptional organizational skills to balance strategic planning and execution.
  6. Fluency in English (written and verbal); Mandarin proficiency is a bonus
  7. Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
