Job Description

• Leading a team of HR professionals to achieve company objectives.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Overseeing and managing performance appraisal system.
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Supporting business needs through the effective management of HR operations.

Requirement

• A degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager within global manufacturing setting.
• Sound knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• In-depth understanding of labour law and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
