Our client is a Multinational Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Costing Manager (OEE).
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), cost structures, budgeting, and production tracking (including production KPIs) to drive operational and financial efficiency.
Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
Analyze financial and operational performance to support strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to maintain financial stability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, R&D, etc.) to improve processes and achieve cost-saving initiatives.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Mentor and develop finance and operational teams to build capabilities and support business growth.
Provide actionable insights, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Business English proficiency (fluency in communicating with European expatriates).
Min. 3 years in Managerial level as Cost Control and Financial Management handling manufacturing finance, with 5+ years in multinational Manufacture company, experienced in analyzing and optimizing OEE, analyze and calculate cost, cost structures, budgeting and production tracking (production KPIs).
Proficiency in ERP system, Excel Power BI, financial reporting tools.
