Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate standard cost models for all products, including direct materials, direct labor, and FOH.
• Prepare COGM report both overall and per product.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual and standard cost to identify cost-saving opportunities and address cost overruns.
• Perform price analysis to record price fluctuations between periods.
• Prepare detailed cost reports for management review, including monthly, quarterly, and annual cost summaries.
• Provide projections for the next month with best estimates (actual until month to date).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
• Proven working experience as Cost Control Supervisor.
• At least 5 years of experience in cost control within the FMCG industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software (SAP) and advanced MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Good leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
