- Conduct cost analysis for production, operations, and business processes to identify efficiencies and cost savings.
- Develop and manage the company budget and perform cost forecasting.
- Calculate and analyze product costs, including material, labor, and overhead expenses.
- Perform variance analysis between actual costs and the budget, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor inventory costs and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Prepare financial reports related to cost structure, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure proper budget usage.
- Ensure accounting practices comply with applicable standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Cost Accounting Accountant in manufacturing and public accounting firms (KAP).
- In-depth understanding of cost systems, inventory management, and cost accounting.
- Ability to conduct thorough data analysis and provide relevant recommendations.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with teams and management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Accurate).
- Accounting certification (such as CPA, CMA) is a plus.
