Job description

Job Purpose: The Assistant Manager, Corporate Sales, will report directly to the Senior National Corporate Account Manager (NCAM) and play a key role in driving the growth of the corporate sales market. This role will focus on expanding corporate membership and increasing market share of Celebrity Fitness, Fitness First and GoFit in Indonesia. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with corporate decision-makers, and implementing solutions to meet client needs, while ensuring optimal retention and engagement of corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new corporate partners, expanding the fitness brand’s market presence and increasing corporate membership.
  2. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and create targeted approaches to expand the corporate sales market share.
  3. Implement strategic initiatives aimed at building long-term relationships with corporate clients and increasing retention and engagement.
  4. Proactively seek out new business opportunities within the corporate sector and present tailored fitness solutions to corporate clients to meet their wellness goals.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior decision-makers, key influencers, and stakeholders within corporate organizations.
  6. Develop customized corporate wellness programs that align with the unique needs of each partner, ensuring high value and satisfaction.
  7. Work closely with the clubs team on corporate-related matters, including events, corporate sales training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and delivery of corporate wellness initiatives.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to design engaging wellness programs that encourage corporate clients to increase employee participation and gym utilization.
  9. Use data-driven insights to optimize corporate member engagement, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  10. Regularly meet with corporate clients to assess satisfaction and adjust services to meet evolving needs.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Other majors will be considered based on relevant experience.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in corporate sales, business development, or a related field, ideally within the wellness, fitness, or B2B sectors.
  3. Previous experience managing direct reports, providing leadership and mentorship to sales teams.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  5. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  6. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to assess market trends and develop plans for business growth.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales scenarios and provide tailored solutions.
  8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior corporate decision-makers and build strong relationships.
  9. Attention to detail in managing corporate sales cycles, maintaining client records, and preparing strategic proposals.
  10. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  11. A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for corporate wellness and helping businesses improve employee health and productivity.
