Managing and ensuring the effective application of Corporate Quality Management System (CQMS).
Ensuring compliance with government regulations, CASRs, BARS, and ISSA standards.
Updating and maintaining the CQMS Manual and relevant safety documentation.
Organizing and conducting Safety, Security, and Quality audits.
Tracking and following up on internal and external audit findings.
Supporting safety investigations, including accident/incident analysis and LOSA audits.
Bringing safety concerns to the attention of the QSHES (Quality, Safety, Health, Environment & Security) and providing recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in a Safety Officer (CASO) role within a Safety or Quality Department.
Certified Company Aviation Safety Officer (CASO).
Trained in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 series).
Preferably holds or has held one of the following: Pilot License, Engineer License, Flight Engineer License, or Flight Operations Officer (FOO) License.
IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel and stay in remote areas for designated duty periods.
