Job Description

1. To ensure the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia;
2. To provide management with effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies;
3. To prepare and review the draft of agreements;
4. Provide legal advice and analysis to management;
5. Support the business unit in handling legal cases;
6. Legal documentation;
7. Provide legal support, vetting, and drafting of the agreement for the company;
8. Support the Government Relation Dept. of the company in checking and following up licenses/permits of the company;
9. Draft corporate documents, such as power of attorney, general meeting of shareholders, BOC approvals, etc.;
10. Liaise with internal and external parties in relation to company secretarial matters;
11. Legal research.

Requirement

1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Law;
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal function;
3. Combined experience in both corporate and law firm;
4. Solid experience in the manufacturing-based industry;
5. Understanding of legal matters and applicable regulations in Indonesia;
6. Ability to provide effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies.
