Corporate Legal & Land Management Manager

As a Corporate Legal & Land Management Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on corporate matters and managing land-related legal processes. Your role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, safeguarding company interests, and managing land assets and certifications.

Corporate Legal:

1. Develop and execute legal strategies for corporate matters and actions.
2. Provide legal advice, opinions, and documentation in collaboration with internal teams and external legal counsel.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts.
4. Prepare legal frameworks to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Land Management:

1. Manage a detailed land ownership database across the company.
2. Handle land acquisition processes, including measurement, plotting, and certification.
3. Ensure timely extension or renewal of land certificates.
4. Prepare land documents for use in bank loans and manage the Roya process.
5. Resolve land-related issues efficiently.

Education & Experience:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate legal practice.
3. Experience in a public company or law firm is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Strong knowledge in Corporate Law, Land Law, M&A, and Mortgage Law.
2. Familiar with OJK regulations and commercial contract drafting.
3. Advanced legal drafting, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Strong problem-solving, time management, and leadership capabilities.

Internal:

1. Board of Directors, Finance, Operations, and other Departments.

External:

1. Notaries, External Lawyers, Government Institutions.
