Job description

Responsibilities & Duties

  1. Collaborate with Business Units in organizational and human resource development to support increased employee and company performance productivity.
  2. Develop and implement organizational development programs to enhance team effectiveness and performance.
  3. Design comprehensive organizational frameworks, including organization design, manpower planning, job design, job analysis, and job evaluation.
  4. Develop a Learning Management System.
  5. Identify training and development needs and design appropriate training programs and modules.
  6. Manage succession planning and career development processes to ensure the availability of the right talent.
  7. Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or HR.
  • Strong knowledge of trends and best practices in organizational development and talent management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional certifications in HR, training, or Organizational Development (e.g., SHRM-CP, CPLP) are a plus.
