We are looking for our future leaders! The Corporate Leadership Training Program is designed for graduates with potential to become an integral member of our leadership team. It is individually customized to provide them the additional development needed to progress rapidly within our company.

The 12-24 month program will be customized to your own development needs, previous work experience, and career objectives.

1. Individually customized personal learning plan
2. Intensive training in agreed area of specialization
3. Exposure in various departments by rotations
4. Team leading tasks and management project assignments
5. Sharing, advice, and feedback from your Coaches and Mentor
6. Opportunity to participate in variety of Leadership programs
7. Participation in hotel's Hyatt Thrive Corporate Responsibility programs and initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality major or related field. A good working knowledge of English Language; proficiency in local and other languages is a plus. A positive attitude is also highly preferred. Minimum of 1 year full-time working experience in a 5 Star full service hotel operations is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Relevant internship and work experience in hotel operations is an advantage. Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they are resourceful and a self-starter, taking ownership for maximizing the learning opportunities offered by the program.
