Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft, arrange, examine, review, and/or analyze contracts, memorandums, regulations, and other related legal documents.
• Provide strategic solutions, advice, and opinions on cases and business transactions, addressing clients' legal needs effectively.
• Assist and represent clients in business negotiations and corporate matters, including litigation processes such as civil lawsuits, bankruptcy, suspension of payment, criminal cases, negotiation, and dispute settlement.
• Liaise with judicial, legal, and government institutions to protect and maintain the legal interests and needs of clients.
• Continuously manage case handling, monitor, and report on case progress in a comprehensive and timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1) from a reputable university.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a corporate law office or legal department.
• Advocate license is preferred.
• Positive attitude, high initiative, and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Responsible, growth mindset, effective time management, self-discipline, and honesty.
