We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Growth & Strategy Consultant to help us analyze opportunities, improve business models, and drive expansion. This is a role for someone who thrives in problem-solving, decision-making, and working at a fast pace.
Tasks
Develop and execute growth strategies for MS Capital Group’s ventures and portfolio companies.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to identify expansion opportunities.
Improve business models and optimize revenue streams for maximum scalability.
Work directly with founders, investors, and leadership to refine strategies and solve business challenges.
Analyze new investment opportunities and M&A deals, assessing risks and profitability.
Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks to enhance performance.
Support in fundraising, investor relations, and pitch deck creation.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new business initiatives.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, venture capital, or investment analysis.
Strong background in business modeling, financial analysis, and operational scaling.
Experience working with high-growth businesses, startups, or investment firms is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, or project management software).
