Job Description

• Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities
• Analyzing valuation and returns
• Preparing the company to go IPO and its running process
• Setting financial targets for fundraising activities, and creating strategies for reaching them
• Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements
• Collaborating with senior leadership and prioritizing departmental activities to meet organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration; MBA degree would be highly preferable
• Over 5 years of experience in both Big 4 Advisory and real-sector experience is a MUST
• Experience in dealing with investors directly and/or handling deals projects directly and successfully delivered
• Vast network within capital markets
• Strong analytical skills required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
