Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing

About the role

The Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing strategy for PT Vila Ombak, a leading hospitality company in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This full-time position will be based in Lombok Utara.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing plans to increase occupancy rates and revenue
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel agents, tour operators and other industry partners to drive direct and indirect bookings
3. Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, and advertising campaigns
4. Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer data to identify new business opportunities and optimise marketing efforts
5. Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and support to drive high performance
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations, revenue management and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience
7. Monitor and report on key sales and marketing metrics, making data-driven recommendations to improve business performance

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort or villa setting
2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
3. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
5. Experienced in leading and motivating high-performing sales and marketing teams
6. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
7. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, marketing or a related field
