Implementing technical online promotion programs and optimizing content on our website and OTAs to enhance the user experience.
Keeping the 'Room Availability' document and other task-related documents up to date.
Managing and updating content and promotions in the booking engine and various OTAs.
Registering new hotels in the Booking engine, Channel manager, and OTA channels.
Conducting thorough investigations and reporting technical issues that may arise from hotels, PMS (Property Management System), Channel Managers, and OTAs.
Collaborating with the connectivity team and the eCommerce team at the head office to ensure the accurate distribution of Rates & Inventory for each hotel across all online channels.
