Investigating and promptly reporting any technical issues related to hotels and/or OTAs (Online Travel Agents).
Ensuring the accurate execution and maintenance of property content across all channels.
Implementing technical online promotion programs and optimizing content on our website and OTAs to enhance the user experience.
Keeping the "Room Availability" document and other task-related documents up to date.
Managing and updating content and promotions in the booking engine and various OTAs.
Registering new hotels in the Booking engine, Channel manager, and OTA channels.
Conducting thorough investigations and reporting technical issues that may arise from hotels, PMS (Property Management System), Channel Managers, and OTAs.
Collaborating with the connectivity team and the eCommerce team at the head office to ensure the accurate distribution of Rates & Inventory for each hotel across all online channels.

Job Requirements

Experience with OTA (Online Travel Agents) is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in different time zones.
Proficiency in using a channel manager for managing online sales channels.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
Must demonstrate resilience, even temperament, and the ability to remain calm under challenging situations.
Adaptability to embrace changes such as new systems, emerging trends, etc.
Willingness and capability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Excellent communication and influencing skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
