Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and control business processes and ensure good corporate governance.
• Analyze the need for business process improvement (new and changes).
• Coordinate with related departments in changing/improving business processes.
• Coordinate with third parties in changing/improving business processes.
• Implement and socialize the new business processes.
• Socialize the business processes (new and changes).
• Ensure the implementation of business processes by monitoring/evaluating SOP.
