Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for accommodation suppliers.
• Negotiate optimal contracting conditions and manage contract renewals.
• Expand our portfolio by acquiring new suppliers.
• Drive campaigns and improve allotment availability for maximum results.
• Ensure hotel content is always up to date.
• Analyze trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with accommodation partners.
• Compare rates and stay ahead of the competition.

What We’re Looking For:

• Location: Based in Surabaya
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong cultural awareness and knowledge.
