Job description

1. Contract Management Officer

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Law
  • Min. 3 year working experience as Contract Management Staff
  • Good analytical thinking and detail oriented
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta

Responsibilities

  • Verify the completeness of Vendor and Candidate administrative documents, ensuring that administrative documents are complete and valid as required for the contract manufacturing process.
  • Review the supporting documents for submitting a term sheet and contracts for procurement of goods and services in accordance with applicable Company procedures.
  • Assist in reviewing and preparing contracts for the procurement of goods and services, focusing on commercial, legality, and protection of the Company's interests, such as terms of payment, taxation, time period, fines/sanctions, and other statutory regulations.
  • Supervise the goods and services procurement contract database system to ensure systematic, accurate, and updated contract database information.
  • Act as a facilitator between Users, Buyers, Legal, and Vendors, communicating regarding the creation of term sheets and contracts for procurement, following up on the process to ensure effective completion and monitoring.
  • Review draft term sheets for procurement of goods and services, and create an opening file that complies with the terms and conditions set by the Legal section of Adaro Group.
  • Ensure that the validity period of contracts for the procurement of goods and services is appropriate and communicate it with the relevant Buyer and User for contract extension or addendum processes in accordance with Company provisions and procedures.
  • Prepare draft Company policies and procedures related to procurement contracts for goods and services that will be implemented in the Company, including providing recommendations/input for improvements.
  • Follow up on contracts for procurement of goods and services outside the existing format determined by the AEI Legal department to avoid hampering operational processes while remaining compliant with applicable company procedures.
  • Review reports related to the management of contracts for procurement of goods and services to ensure validity, accuracy, and adherence to set targets.

2. Technical Environment Superintendent

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a related position
  • Exposure to Environmental Management System, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Indonesia & International Environmental Standards & Regulations, Environmental Pollution Control, and Environmental Impact Assessment
  • Preferably completed AMDAL study
  • Preferably experienced in Power Plant or Renewable Energy sector projects in Indonesia, or at least related to Mining, Water Treatment, Utilities, or Infrastructure projects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, compile, and consolidate accurate technical data and information for Competitive Bid preparation or current/developing project needs on Environmental and standards compliance at both international and local levels.
  • Identify, analyze, consolidate, and compile necessary Environmental data specifications, scope of works, and requirements covered in the Bidding proposal to comply with PLN requirements.
  • Analyze and consolidate all Environmental data with consultants to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor all activities required by the Environmental Consultants.
  • Analyze, consolidate, compile, and obtain approval for the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment in accordance with Lenders and established regulations for project development.
  • Assist Project Development team members in providing technical support.
  • Develop good relationships with external companies, such as government agencies in areas like Mineral and Mining, Forestry, Environment, Maritime, and others, as well as Non-Governmental Organizations.

3. Engineering Position

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Civil/Mechanical/Marine Engineering
  • Min. 12 years of work experience in engineering design; experience in marine engineering or hydrology/water management is an advantage
  • Related SKA certificate and PII certificate
  • Good analytical skills, logical thinking, and detail oriented
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel to all Adaro jobsites if necessary

Responsibilities

  • Perform QA/QC processes in accordance with the management system for engineering design works
  • Carry out checklists and review all design engineering work products
  • Update all applicable SOPs, technical specifications, and engineering standards.
  • Prepare and implement an activity plan and work schedule in accordance with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in the project proposal
  • Conduct engineering design reviews and provide recommendations and solutions to existing technical problems
  • Monitor the progress of engineering design implementation, analysis, Quantity Survey, Reporting, and identify potential delays or deviations from applicable standards and regulations
  • Ensure the quality of all engineering work is in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, on time, and meets project owner requirements (fit for purpose)
  • Monitor and coordinate the implementation of work after completion
  • Conduct site visits or inspections during planning, project execution, and commissioning.

4. Treasury Supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as Treasury Supervisor
  • Good knowledge and competencies in Cash Flow Management, Financial Analysis, and Financial Planning & Budgeting

Responsibilities

  • Carry out company treasury activities to support smooth operations.
  • Ensure corporate actions align with credit policies and comply with covenant thresholds
  • Monitor financial covenants monthly to maintain a minimum amount of liquid assets as per agreement
  • Ensure corporate loans are processed accurately and all fees are properly accounted for and collected
  • Prepare data needed for the company's financial statements for both internal (e.g., cash flow reports) and external (e.g., reports to Bank Indonesia).
  • Issue and manage bank guarantees for corporate clients.
  • Explain data needed for the audit process of financial statements related to bank accounts.
  • Oversee daily cash positioning activities, including forecasting, monitoring, and tracking cash flow (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), reconciliation, and bank reporting
  • Manage excess operating cash to obtain optimum interest income
  • Monitor and ensure timely processing of Letter of Credit transactions from customers in accordance with terms and conditions.
  • Ensure sufficiency of daily liquidity by currency and make recommendations for forex exchange.
