Job Description:

• Drafting and reviewing documents for the Market Development Department;
• Drafting and reviewing documents for the Investment Department;
• Drafting and reviewing legal-related corporate documents;
• Maintaining relationships with government departments, including PUPR (Public Works People's Housing Department), BKPM (Investment Coordinating Committee), and LPJK (Construction Services Supervision Agency);
• Maintaining the company's core documents (Articles of Association and Ministry of Justice approval application, updates);
• Updating and analyzing regulations and their impact on company operations (engineering industry, foreign investment, human labor);

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field. Very good command of spoken and written Mandarin (HSK 5/6) and English (equivalent to B2 level or above).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hard-working and passionate about learning.
• Prompt response to clients and team members and ready to work overtime if required.
• Candidates must acknowledge and be familiar with FIDIC.
