Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and the company website.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
Upload, schedule, and manage posts on social media platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing communication team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Monitor social media trends and propose innovative content ideas.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages on social media.
Assist in preparing performance reports for social media channels.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights) is a plus.
