Content Moderator - Yogyakarta

Content Moderator E-Commerce is responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality.

Basic Requirements:

1. Minimum D3 / S1 any major
2. Minimum GPA 2.75
3. Fresh Graduates are welcome
4. FLUENT ENGLISH in both Written and Reading (minimum B1 Intermediate)
5. Communicative
6. Willing to work in a SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday
7. Willing to be placed in YOGYAKARTA
8. Candidates can work immediately if they pass the user interview

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate and monitor online content and advertising content in accordance with company policy
2. Review images, videos, accounts, and text-based content
3. Follow up on violations of applicable client policies
4. Maintain the quality of content in each case reviewed

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Multi-lingual is highly preferred (depends on the market assignment)
• Compliance or moderation operations experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus
• Experience in E-Commerce buyer/seller/creator services and Trust and Safety guidelines is an added advantage
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
• Preferably to have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
