Content Creator Intern

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site Content Creator role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating and managing content across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites. The Content Creator will also be responsible for developing content strategies, conducting research, and collaborating with team members to create engaging content that meets the needs of our target audience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research
• Experience with social media marketing and content creation
• Understanding of the content production flow from concepting, briefing, scripting, shooting, editing, revision, to finishing (If you're not very good at editing, that's okay)
• Knowledge of digital branding
• Experience in crafting day-to-day short video content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts (mirroring)
• Ability to identify social media trends (especially TikTok) and develop them into content
• Highly creative, collaborative, and up to date with trends
• Ability to generate content marketing strategies and set goals
• Strong multitasking skills
• Great analytical abilities on social media performance and insights
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
