Job description

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels.
Produce engaging visual and video content that aligns with the brand’s identity and goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and seasonal promotions.
Stay up-to-date with trends in social media, including challenges, hashtags, and viral content, and adapt them to the brand's strategy.
Take and edit photos and videos for product showcases, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional materials.
Write engaging captions, scripts, and descriptions that resonate with the target audience.
Ensure all content is consistent in tone, style, and quality, adhering to brand guidelines.
Track content performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Coordinate with influencers or collaborators for joint content creation.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Content Creator or similar role, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry.
Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar).
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
Ability to write creative and engaging copy for captions and scripts.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual design.
Familiarity with SEO basics and how to optimize content for better reach is a plus.
Based in Bandung, willing to work on-site (WFO).
