About the role
At this moment, Clouwny is looking for a Content Creative Lead, which you'll be the person in charge in our social media and content creation process. You will be supported by graphic designer, videographer, and some additional agencies (if needed).

Location: Gading Serpong, Tangerang or West Jakarta
In this role, you'll be the PIC the content management: managing day-to-day tasks, setting project deadlines, and working closely with our sales teams. We're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who's not just passionate about fashion but is also a communication maestro and a team leader extraordinaire.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a monthly content planning and mood board for all social media channels, with a specific focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Create and implement social media campaign strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase impressions, boost follower growth, and improve engagement rates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overarching sales and brand strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, photographers, social media strategists, and content creators to produce impactful and cohesive social media content.
- Review content output, including visual photos & videos, audio, and copywriting, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Develop and manage budget plans for key opinion leader (KOL) collaborations, brand partnerships, assets for advertisements, and project-specific campaigns.
- Analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities for diversification, expansion, and improved engagement with the target audience.
- Brainstorm and contribute to the generation of original online campaign ideas, innovative social engagement strategies, and compelling digital content.
- Maintain brand values by ensuring consistent copy and visual tone in line with brand guidelines.
- Generate and present monthly reports evaluating social media growth, campaign performance, and marketing budget effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in content management; having with a minimum of 1 year leadership experience will be a big plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with brand consistency.
