- Provide timely support to creator through available communication channels (chat & call)
- Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels.
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues by providing scripted guidance regarding basic creator inquiries.
- Help creators level-up by enhancing their activity level and participation in platform activities.
- Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
- Work with other team members in identifying better ways to provide better creator support.
Qualification:
- Minimum D3 or bachelor's degree from all majors.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa (Will be tested during the recruitment process)
- Preferably have experience working with call center and service industry;
- Flexible for SHIFTING schedule and changes along with in
- Have strong customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and rational decision-making;
- Preferably have a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- Fast learner and independent to work in the multi-LOB (chat & call).
