All about the role:

The Consumer Marketing Manager, Indonesia and International markets is a key member of the regional Consumer Marketing team for the Commercial Area Emerging Markets (CA EM). Reporting to the Regional Consumer Marketing Senior Manager CA EM, the Consumer Marketing Manager, Indonesia and International markets has responsibility for local Consumer Marketing initiatives, focused on the Electrolux brand. This person drives Consumer Marketing elements of the Commercial Marketing Activation Planning (CMAP) and ensures first-class execution against these plans, testing, and optimizing along the way. BA EA Marketing is reorganizing to become a critical function to deliver our business objectives through increased focus on data-driven marketing investment that enables growth. The Consumer Marketing Manager, Indonesia and International markets is an individual contributor responsible for Consumer Marketing in Indonesia and International markets and is part of a wider CA EM Consumer Marketing organisation of around 15 people. In the new organizational set-up, final-yard Retail execution, including training, merchandising, and sell-out analysis will be managed by a parallel team called Trade Operations (this team will be a critical partner to the Marketing function).

What you’ll do:

  1. Develop and execute against the Consumer Marketing elements of the Commercial Marketing Activation Plan (CMAP) for Indonesia & International market within CA EM.
  2. Work alongside the APMEA & CA EM Retail Marketing, CA EM & Local Trade Operations (TO) and Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) teams when Consumer Marketing initiatives have retail or ecommerce activation potential - test, learn, measure, and optimise.
  3. Drive Consumer Marketing content activation in Indonesia and International markets, minimising content waste, measuring effectiveness, and feeding back to the planning and production decision makers.
  4. Work cross-functionally with local Sales, Product Line, and Controlling to understand the needs of customers and the wider organisation to sharpen marketing plans and maximise impact.
  5. Support the media briefing process into the BA EA Media team.
  6. Support the A-Brand content briefing process for major campaigns into the BA EA Content team (if/when Indonesia and International markets is determined to be a lead market).
  7. Directly manage A-Brand content localisation for Indonesia and International markets, via the BA content team, BA tools, or BA localisation network agency.
  8. Work in partnership with the Regional Consumer Marketing Senior Manager, CA EM, and the BA EA CP&A team for major, promotional, and tactical A-Brand campaigns in Indonesia and International markets.

Who you are:

  1. 5+ year’s marketing experience in consumer-driven companies with proven results.
  2. Proven success in taking a company’s strategic vision to plan/develop a consumer-driven marketing plan that drives profitable growth, market share, and brand health improvements.
  3. Fluent in English (oral & written).
  4. Fluent in Bahasa.
  5. Passionate – about the consumer and in delivering simply outstanding experiences.
  6. Lead – You have a vision and a purpose, and you can inspire and influence others to not only share it, but apply their abilities to achieving it.
  7. Collaborative – you work very well with others to move projects forward in a complex and global environment.
  8. Focus – you double-down on the most important topics to ensure impact.
  9. Organised - you set the pace and the priorities, and then you bring a methodical approach to meeting your goals.
  10. Agile - Both reactive and proactive, you work efficiently and flexibly to deliver results.
  11. Dynamic – you have the ability to think in a creative and strategic way, but are adept at delivering operationally to ensure tasks are followed through to completion.
