Department OverviewTraveloka is a consumer and data driven company. Here we always seek to understand the market, products’ nature, characteristics, and preferences of consumers (both Traveloka and target users). This knowledge will later drive our company plan and grow the business.
Job DescriptionMarket, Consumer Behavior, and Competitive Analysis
Maintain market and competitive monitoring dashboard.
Monitoring and organizing key metrics based on available research for company trackers.
With support of senior team members, conducting thorough analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to generate strategic and actionable insights.
Research and Survey
With supervision of senior team members, independently handling medium-to-small scale preparation of the research, execution, and reporting for both external and internal research. External meaning survey is conducted with research vendors/agencies.
Ensuring the quality of the research brief is aligned with company objectives and direction.
Ensuring the quality of research results/findings/recommendations.
Operational Excellence
Demonstrate full ownership and accountability on the assigned area delivery.
Be the champion of customer voices and most updated with market trends.
Supporting more senior team members in handling stakeholders’ discussion/meeting/request.
